Week 9, Semester 1: Beta Testing

This week we pretended to be the chatbot we hope to create. We created conversations with potential users, and told them to pretend they're chatting with a chatbot.

The point of this was to understand their user-experience, understand what they felt was missing or could have been more correct/accurate.

We conducted a zoom call to discuss what we learned from the "conversations" and user-feedback.
