Last week, we held an important presentation to showcase the progress we’ve made so far on our app. This presentation included a detailed overview of the usability testing we’ve conducted, both with the Figma screens and the Loveable version.
-Usability Testing:
We presented the usability tests performed with real users, where we observed how they interacted with the app. The tests were conducted on both the Figma prototype and the Loveable version, allowing us to compare the user experience across different platforms. This helped us identify areas of improvement in the interface and overall functionality.
-Need Validation:
Additionally, we shared the results of our need validation tests, where we evaluated the app’s ability to meet the needs of our target audience. This validation was critical in confirming that we’re on the right track and the app is truly meeting the needs of dog owners.
-UX/UI Mentoring Session:
In addition, we had a productive meeting with Chazi Taniani, a UX/UI mentor, from the Media Innovation Lab. Chazi reviewed our app screens and provided valuable advice on how to enhance them. His insights were focused on refining the user experience and improving the design to make it more intuitive and visually appealing. Based on his feedback, we’re now working on implementing several design improvements to elevate the overall user experience.
