Week 1, Semester 2: User Testing Iterations

After drawing conclusions from our previous user testing, we decided to conduct another round with a different approach. This time, we used ChatGPT as an AI advisor to evaluate how it provides responses and guidance to users regarding their dogs' behavior. Three users reached out with various concerns—excessive tail wagging, anxiety from thunderstorms, and behavioral changes such as barking, loss of appetite, or sadness. The AI advisor provided personalized responses, explained the meaning behind the behaviors, and suggested practical solutions. These interactions highlighted the importance of clear communication, consistency in responses, and actionable solutions, helping us further refine the user experience in our application.
