Semester Break

This week, we focused on refining and enhancing the user experience in the TailTalk app. We updated the scenario to better illustrate the app’s value, emphasizing the gradual and interactive nature of the conversation with the user. Our work was guided by key design principles such as intuitiveness, learning through interaction, personalization, and immediacy. Additionally, we improved the flow of the interface based on the feedback we received, allowing us to create a more natural and tailored experience for dog owners.
